Job Description:

• To acquire and develop a lucrative client base through a proactive approach
• Ensure to grow and maintain your relationship with the clients you acquired
• Actively Identify sales opportunities through your network
• Identify suitable candidates to market them to existing or prospective clients
• Make sure to maintain a pool of highly skilled, assessed and referenced candidates to meet the recruitment needs of our new and existing clients
• Take part in negotiating fees with new clients
• Relationship management to both clients and candidates throughout the life of an assignment and beyond
• Develop client relationships to ensure they receive the best service and maximize business opportunity
• Ensure meeting revenue targets on a monthly basis

Skills & Experience:

• 0 - 2 years sales experience
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed attitude

Qualification:

• Grade 12
• Bachelor’s Degree (Highly Advantageous)
