As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for :

• Business development (cold calling, client presentation, achieving set sales targets and market research)
• Candidate attraction (sourcing, interviewing, placing ads, and talent pool research)
• Recruitment process (admin, maintain client and candidate database, admin and reference and other checks)
