Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment process and work closely with the Account Lead in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of recruitment is fully covered and under control at all times. Responsibilities will include the following:

• Recruitment coordinator – loading roles into the systems, admin, organising interviews, sending out testing to candidates
• Pre employment checks, sending testing to hiring managers
• Within central function
• Onboarding of both contingent workers and employees
• Keeping candidates informed of the stages within the onboarding process
• Producing contracts– requires attention to detail
• Ensuring key stakeholders are aware of any significant changes to contingent workers e.g. holiday, resignation, extensions
• Management of both in-house and client-based systems
• Knowledge of different functional areas within the business
• Understanding of and work to all SLAs pertaining to the role
