The successful incumbent will oversee all aspects of company’s hiring, onboarding and induction programmes and processes.
The Recruitment manager works closely with the hiring managers, recruitment team, payroll and manage sourcing, interviewing and related employment processes.
To be successful in this role, the Recruitment Manager should have a strong HR background and be experienced in screening and evaluating candidates.
The recruitment manager should also have a strong knowledge in respect of labour and related legislation.
Requirements:
A relevant HR Degree or National Diploma
A minimum of 5-7 years Human Resources Management experience as a Recruitment Officer or Manager
Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator
Previous team/people management experience
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Intermediate to advance level in Microsoft Excel and MS Word
Knowledge of labour legislation
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to exert influence
