    Recruitment Researcher (Contract )

    Key Responsibilities

    • Presentation of client reports and ensuring needs are met, and requirements documented and understood
    • Submits proposals for new solutions and offerings (innovation and ideas as developed from the recruitment desk)
    • Demonstrate exceptional client service skills by engaging with client in a professional manner and always being prepared to assist business and going out of the way to achieve a solution
    • Own business relationship for defined client / business area
    • Build relationships with client and gain understanding of what drives business by engaging effectively with business stakeholders (i.e. Business, HR) to drive the Altron talent acquisition experience
    • Be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business
    • Is the first point of contact for clients; attending meetings with clients
    • Serves as an escalation point of contact for questions
    • Schedules ongoing check-in meetings with the clients
    • Influences and share best practices, market surveys and upcoming initiatives with client
    • Drives customer satisfaction aligned to SLA targets
    • Is sufficiently embedded within client to surface expansion plans or innovative business solutions in ways that enable business growth
    • Assists in the recruitment process
    • Screening and testing procedures applied within company policies
    • Responsible for all administration related to the recruitment process

    Educational Qualifications

    • HR Degree or equivalent

    Years of Experience

    • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a Corporate environment or external recruitment agency.
    • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • 5-6 Years’ Experience in a Recruitment Role
