We are looking for a Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) Specialist, who will manage resourcing processes covering many competence areas on different levels within the organization.
You will be working in the GME&A/Central Asia Resourcing Team and will work in close cooperation with line managers across GME&A/CA, local and global HR colleagues. Apart from your daily responsibilities, you will also have the chance to contribute to the overall successful delivery of HR services via projects and improvement actions.
You will be based in Bedfordview, Johannesburg South Africa.
This is a contractual role with a time bound contract valid till 31st December, 2023 only.
What you will do
Independently drive and be responsible for end to end recruitment processes
Support and advise line managers and HR professionals when dealing with resourcing issues
Identify resourcing related issues, propose solution and discuss with the LPD Resourcing
Perform services on demand according to Terms and Conditions, act as second line support in HRSC
Perform recruitment for specific geographies
Relocation process coordination
Vendor Management: ensure efficient vendor management of Resourcing
Process efficiency and continuous improvement: measure and continuously improve HR SC internal resourcing activity efficiency
We believe you have
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/resourcing preferably in a multinational
Hands on experience working with an ATS and sourcing tools
A self-motivated team player with a target-driven, ‘can-do’ attitude
Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision
Have strong communication skills, the ability to interact on all levels within the organization and possess a high level of integrity
Are motivated to help the business go forward and find the best fit for the organization
Are result oriented, structured, and thorough; you have the ability to maintain a high level of quality
You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
Have a College/University Degree (preferably in HR or similar)
Are fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage)
