• Were looking for a Red Hat Linux Administrator who doesnt just maintain systems you own them. From optimizing RHEL environments to automating complex workflows, your work will power mission-critical enterprise operations.

What You'll Do:

• Take charge of RHEL 7/8/9 systems install, configure, tune, and secure.
• Own the patching lifecycle, kernel upgrades, and system updates.
• Troubleshoot like a ninja logs, alerts, and performance issues dont stand a chance.
• Drive high availability, disaster recovery, and solid backup strategies.
• Automate everything from shell scripting to Ansible/Chef/Puppet orchestration.
• Implement airtight security using firewalls, SELinux, and audits.
• Collaborate across teams (apps, DBAs, network) to ensure seamless infrastructure delivery.
• Proactively monitor and tune for peak performance and scalability.

Non-Negotiable Skills & Experience:

• 35 years' experience working on Linux systems, with solid hands-on Red Hat Linux administration.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Certifications: RHCSA / RHCE (preferred and admired)

Exposure to the following technologies is highly desirable:

• ZVM Systems
• Red Hat Linux
• Red Hat Satellite
• VMware
• Microsoft Azure
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Chef or similar automation/configuration tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills and deep understanding of Linux internals
• Bash scripting expertise (Python is a plus)
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, LDAP, and networking fundamentals
• RHCSA and/or RHCE certification (preferred or working towards)
