Redmart Assistant

Key Purpose
- To support the execution of RED in the market in order to achieve the business targets by ensuring parcels are efficiently assembled according to the shopping carts and delivered.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Output :
- Deliveries of parcels
- Receive and analyse shopping carts
- Pick and assemble parcels according to shopping carts
- Issue gate pass to streamline delivery to channels
- General maintenance and house-keeping of the RED Mart shop
- Assist in month end stock counts
- Executing any queries received from manager or customers
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES
- Attention to detail
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Initiative in handling queries
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Ability to work without supervision
Qualifications & Experience :
- Grade 12
- Code 10 driver’s licence
- Sales and Market Execution experience would be an advantage
