    Cleaner

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Emptying and cleaning of waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
    • Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
    • Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
    • Suction cleaning carpeted areas and “spot” cleaning carpets.
    • Using electrically powered scrubbing and polishing machines to burnish, scrub, polish and spray clean floors (after receiving proper instruction and training).
    • Using electrically powered pick up machines.
    • Working at heights may include using high level equipment.
    • To dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, windowsills, external surfaces of cupboards, shelves and fitments.

    Revenue Growth Analyst

    KEY PURPOSE

    • To contribute meaningfully to the results of our company by supporting CCBSA’s commercial function in its pursuit of profitable volume and revenue growth.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    KEY OUTPUTS

    • Identify and present revenue growth opportunities by engaging with internal and external stakeholders
    • Support channel managers by providing commercial expertise on key revenue growth management projects
    • Manage econometric models and conducts analytics, including model design and testing scenarios, showing impact on volume, NSR, discounts and EBIT, amongst others
    • Ensure price-related promotions are consistent with CCBSA’s pricing strategy for each brand/pack/channel
    • Identify, investigate and propose mix opportunities and the required changes needed to leverage those
    • Recommend and detail competitive and innovative promotional tactics that will drive maximum volume and share gain with no margin erosion 
    • Provide wholistic analyses that enable optimal pricing decisions, covering price compliance, affordability, competitor actions, brand equity, brand strategy, trade behaviour, innovation pipeline, packages, channels and regions
    • Proactively investigate root causes of anomalies.  Identify and communicate opportunities or remediations to senior commercial managers
    • Identify and highlight emerging trends, threats and opportunities, with recommended actions to address where appropriate
    • Take charge of or support the development of critical business tools, models, reports, dashboards and decks in the revenue growth arena
    • Participate in and lead revenue management projects relating to CSDs, Stills, Energy, Liquor, Hot Beverages or alternative revenue streams
    • Support revenue growth capability building

    Control and Automation Technician

    The Process Control Technician will be responsible for providing effective instrumentation and controls support tall CCBSA operations. This will include debugging and troubleshooting automation and control systems, including PLC's, HMI's, servos and instrumentation. The PCT will alsassist in creating drawings, including schematics, P&ID, control panels designs. The PCT will develop calibration procedures for process instruments as well as coach understanding of process controls and the troubleshooting thereof. The PCT will report tthe Process Control Engineer and will assist in problem solving, C&A asset management and enhancing operational performance.

    Develop Documentation Standards

    • Aid PCE and MSM in developing adequate procedures/standards, for review by Manufacturing and Engineering leads, for the following:
    • Backups
    • Diagrams (P&IDs, Schematics, Network)
    • Calibration
    • Disaster recovery
    • Business Continuity

    Reduce C&A Downtime

    • Optimisation of all control systems including utilities, processing and production lines by analysing downtime and engineering solutions.
    • Ensure that all process control software is backed up and up tdate according tset standards
    • Coach, guide and assist technicians in breakdown situations if an escalation occurs.
    • Analyse downtime for trends and proactively eliminate major causes
    • Ensure the integrity and reliability of production systems software and hardware from PLC devices tERP system by monitoring maintenance, adherence tstandards and effective problem solving.
    • Participate in the C&A community by enabling knowledge sharing and skill transfer

    Judgement and decision making

    • Supports the intent of ensuring that the functional solution integrates intthe broader CCBA template.
    • Has joint accountability tensure that Manufacturing Systems solutions are delivered on time, tbudget and meets the requirements of the function.
    • Has authority texecute changes in order tensure manufacturing uptime is maintained without adversely affecting system integrity.

    Qualifications

    • National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current)

    Knowledge and Experience

    • At least 3 years in C&A or instrumentation technician.
    • Specialised knowledge of Instrument and Control calibrations, configurations, maintenance, fault finding, installation standards, documentation standards and instrumentation protocols.
    • Basic understanding of and experience with Wonderware Archestra and Intouch based SCADA systems

    Project Engineer

    Key pupose 

    To design, plan, budget, execute and control Capital Projects in the manufacturing (bottling and utilities) and warehouse spaces for CCBSA. This is done by executing the Project through the deployment of resources and processes so as to deliver the business outcomes within required governance standards in order to meet customer and business requirements. 

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    Design and initiate technical projects:

    • Manage the design, scope and budgeting of projects in the Manufacturing and Warehousing/Logistics areas on a specific site, primarily with capital investment in buildings and structures, equipment and utilities.
    • Provide input into the capital investment portfolio in order to enable the annual capital budget expedition process.
    • Designing, scoping the work and drawing up the budget for the individual projects.
    • Evaluate solution alternatives based on capital returns (Enterprise Value Added/Net Present Value/Payback), business criticality, technical quality and sustainability, in order to justify the project solution.
    • Prepare and obtain approval for the business case.

    Capital Projects Execution and People Management

    • Manage and lead the execution of approved projects through Consulting Engineers and Contractors.
    • Managing the performance of contractors and service providers in line with SLAs. (i.e., Provide input into the review processes).
    • Management of any appointed project team to enable project execution.
    •  Manage the procurement processes to secure capital goods and services.
    • Securing resources to enable project execution.

    Use proven Project Management tools and practices to Plan, Execute, Control and Close out the initiated projects to deliver the business requirements as set out in the design and business case.

    • Develop a comprehensive project plan, with specific timelines, resources, expenditure etc.
    • Manage the execution of the plan in order to meet business requirements.
    • Control and monitor the budget, schedule and output in line with project requirements.
    • Manage the project close out process (i.e., contract closures; capitalisation and operational handover).

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • A minimum of a BSc Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial Qualification.
    • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience within applied Engineering.
    • Prior Beverage manufacturing and projects experience would be preferable.
