REF15555 Business Analyst | Europcar | Bruma, Jhb at Motus Holdings Limited

Business Analyst’s role is to provide a reporting service with a daily/weekly/monthly interval for various BUs by developing models. The BA will be required to:

• analyse business processes and related data
• to clearly interpret business requirements; translate and document them for execution
• to develop analytical models and provide insightful reporting to help executives plan, predict, budget and track performance
• provide reporting via multi-channel platforms
• lead the project as a self-managed service, including but not limited to communication, documentation, testing and engage with senior Executives on models, inputs and outputs, including presentations to forums

Minimum Experience:

• 5 years of business analysis experience.
• 2 years of project management experience.

Minimum Qualification:

• BSc Information Systems or BCom Business, Accounting or other relevant discipline.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
• Computer literate
• Intermediate level in Excel modelling incl VBA coding and Visio.
• Junior level SQL and POWER BI

Job Outputs:

• Interpret business process and related data points
• Financial modelling in Excel with an extension into SQL supported workflows/ matrices/ outputs/ reports where appropriate
• Project communication to stakeholders
• Data testing, completeness and accuracy in developing models
• Monitoring completeness and accuracy in models post implementation
• Maintain a reporting service with daily/ weekly/ monthly interval for various Bus by developing models and managing distribution channels
• Monitor business intelligence data that is key input to models within the business reporting activities
• Story telling in reporting that will lead to improved decision making at all levels, with the objective to ultimately improve the profitability of the business
