RefCheck Support Consultant at Relx

Main Responsibilities:

• Consistently provide reliable, professional, quality services that meet our customer needs and retain customer loyalty, The key focus being verification services and data capture. To build strong relationships with customers and suppliers thereby ensuring that customers derive value from Refcheck products and services which will ultimately maximize revenue. 
• Achieve individual daily targets in regard to assigned verification queues
• Dealing with customers in a professional manner to request outstanding information relating to your assigned verifications. (incomplete fields or missing data)
• Dealing with customers in a professional manner to  request outstanding  documentation / information required e.g. certificates and indemnity documentation
• Managing client’s expectations and communication of special requests. 
• Escalation of unresolved verifications issues to supervisor
• Feedback to sales reps of issues/delays
