    About the Role

    • As a valued member of our human resources team, your role will be critical in supporting our business in South Africa and our employees reporting to our global functions. You will be responsible for providing support to a diverse population of approximately 1,000 employees and will be an integral part of our larger global HR team. Working closely with our Centers-of-Excellence, you will help ensure that all our employees across the globe receive the support they need to excel. Your contribution will be essential in helping us provide exceptional HR services to our organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Partnering across our Centers-of-Excellence to create and implement HR programs to attract and develop our future talent
    • Creating an inclusive and diverse culture through promoting and growing employee education, awareness, and open conversations
    • Providing guidance to people leaders to help develop high-performing teams in a collaborative culture

    Requirements

    • Demonstrate successful experience as an HR manager providing guidance in talent management, engagement, recruiting and rewards
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey difficult messages with confidence
    • Can build and develop effective working and collaborative relationships
    • Demonstrate exceptional commercial knowledge and the ability to translate this into creating a high-performing work culture
    • Have great problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
    • Have excellent organizational skills and be able to adapt and flex to deliver multiple priorities
    • Be able to manage data using Microsoft Excel and have experience of HR data and systems
    • Covering the aspect of HR support to both these groups and that additional level of matrix complexity

    WinDeed Support Consultant

    The WinDeed Support Consultant role is dedicated to supporting the users on our range of software products.  The goal of the WinDeed Support Consultant is to take ownership of our clients’ software problems and resolve them fast and effectively.  The management of all support requests with the goal of ensuring that all issues are resolved with a minimum number of calls requiring handover or escalation thereby ensuring client and management satisfaction

    • Dealing directly with clients in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner (telephonically and via email and live chat)
    • Owning the problem / request until it is resolved to the client’s satisfaction
    • Receiving support calls and emails as well as live chat 
    • Assisting customers remotely using Team Viewer where necessary
    • Support calls are taken promptly and efficiently
    • Confirming prioritisation of all requests / support calls
    • Diagnosing problem / request
    • Tickets are recorded accurately, comprehensively and timeously (meeting all QA and performance standards)
    • Ensure accurate troubleshooting procedures are captured in the notes of the ticket 
    • Escalating support calls by defined criteria or situation
    • Maintenance of all tickets and support call records (all task and ticket record requirements are met before being "completed")
    • Follow-up to client and client feedback on a daily basis even if the ticket is escalated
    • Handover to branches where issues requires on site assistance. 
    • Keeping up to date with and being familiar with all products supported by the CSC including changes (updates), before it is rolled out to clients.
    • Completion and submission of daily and / or periodic client and management reports
    • Report weekly on the two oldest tickets on each of our offerings
    • Liaise with relevant departments in order to assist and or resolve customer queries timeously
    • All aspects of registration for new Lexis WinDeed and WinCredit Registrations.
    • All administration of Lexis WinDeed accounts
    • Ensure effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Consistently provide reliable, professional, quality services that meet our customer needs and retain customer loyalty, The key focus being verification services and data capture.
