Segmentation of SKUs according to ABC-XYZ methodology, data preparation, and cleaning historical data
Running statistical forecast for the region in order to create a baseline weekly demand plan
Prepare, facilitate and gather insights through weekly collaboration meetings with depot and district managers and embed these onto the iPlanner demand plan
Collaborate with central demand planners in order to ensure alignment with long term forecast, upcoming NPDs and national promotions
Review of demand planning KPIs, identify gaps and influence changes in order to improve forecast accuracy in line with set targets
Capture demand for NPDs, events and promotions into the regional demand plan
Support run out plans for discontinued SKUs through monitoring sales performance
Track and Monitor performance of sales against published forecast in order to reduce obsolescence in the region
Work with Central demand planner in preparing for monthly regional demand review with regional leadership
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support regional stakeholders. ( e.g. T1 and T2 specialists, sales and finance/ppm)

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification
Strong analytical ability to convert data into valuable business insights
Good communication skills
Familiarity with Supply chain principles, working with numbers, and picking up patterns in large amount of data. (Attention to detail highly important)
Advanced ability to use SAP, MS Excel, and databases
Excellent presentation, report drafting, and problem solving skills
Ability to solve complex issues from framing of the problem to making recommendations
