Job Description    
The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Manage relationship between Accountants and Dealer Principals
• Manage flow of information between Accountants and HUB
• Communicate on a regular basis with the Finance Director on relevant matters from their region, including the suggestion of improvements
• Analyze Region’s financial performance (Income Statement) and advice Regional Directors / Managers accordingly
• Manage Accountants for the Region
• Expense Management
• Review Monthly Audit File (Balance Sheet)
• Review Creditors reconciliations and authorize all payments
• Ensure all Policies & Procedures are adhered to
• Review systems and internal controls regularly
• Review and Authorize Commissions
• Dealer visits – enforce dealer visits by Accountants (if applicable) and visit all dealerships monthly
• Review Budgets
• Reporting

Qualifications and Experience    

• B Com Honors
• 3-5 years experience as an Accountant
• 1-2 years experience as a Financial Manager or similar
• Motor Industry Experience
