Regional Manager Operations at KAL Group

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field)
• 6 Years related experience at a managerial level and a proven track record in retail operations of which at least 3 years should be at a regional (area) or multi-store level
• Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
• Proficiency in using software for data analysis, inventory management, and other business applications

• Ability to execute in a diverse environment by building a deep understanding of the Agrimark Retail Portfolio - understanding of key customer needs and requirements, business data analysis, processes, and scenario modelling

Optimisation

• Overseeing operations in different locations within a given region and ensuring that all branches perform at optimum levels. Setting and achieving sales targets, developing, and implementing sales strategies, analysing sales data, and forecasting future sales
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, maintain branch controls
• Maintain proper stock management, i.e., stock controls and reconciliations to ensure optimal product availability
• Compliance with internal company policies, procedures, processes, and external regulations

Leveraging Culture & Diversity

• Ability to lead a high impact team and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Building trusting relations and inspire relations amongst the internal and external stakeholders. and serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Digital Transformation

• Driving automation/optimization of the Agrismart & ERP systems - reporting functional management information
• Develop consumer-facing content across a variety of segments to publicize the company's products & brands
