    Regional Operations Manager

    This role is based in Gauteng

    Salary - R40k - R50k CTC

    Regional Manager

    The Regional Manager is responsible for maintaining a positive environment in which the region can work and meet quality and number targets.

    Key Responsibilities: -

    • Oversee all operational activities for the region.
    • Implement approved operations procedures in the region.
    • Manage the performance of the region in meeting the required number and quality targets.
    • Report all operations activities for the region.
    • Manage all aspects of day to day management of the regional teams.
    • Recruiting, training, and supporting the regional and team staff as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
    • Minimise operation expenditure within the business wherever possible.
    • Manage the regional office.
    • Work with Head of Operations to identify and improve operation processes
    • Ensure that the company standards and procedures are followed.
    • Work with the Head of Operations to implement new teams and processes.
    • Work with Head of Operations on any projects
    • Assist Head of Operations as required

    Skills and Experience: -

    • 5+ years of Leadership experience.
    • Prior experience as Regional Manager is required.
    • Strong ethical leadership abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Adaptable to change.
    • Driven to achieve results.
    • Strong People skills including development of staff.
    • Strong decision-making skills.
    • Outstanding organizational skills.
    • Ability to work on a team.
    • Commitment to providing the highest level of support and quality.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Driver’s License is required.
    • Own transport is essential
