Regional Product Manager at Quest Staffing Solutions

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Product line-up management and regular reporting, including price positioning, price competitiveness, and product marketing strategy.
• Monitor all marketing communications.
• Manage PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) and report to HQ and branches.
• Track and report on premium category performance.
• Provide business support to the Southern Africa region.
• Liaise with management and HQ on general requests.
• Communicate marketing strategy and tools to branch level.
• Regularly update the company website (Dotcom) and ensure accuracy.
• Determine sales promotion performance results and provide reports.
• Undertake additional duties within the scope of the Regional Product Manager role.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Education:

• Grade 12/Matric (Essential)
• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Product Management (Essential)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management within the Consumer Electronics or FMCG industry is advantageous.
• Marketing experience will be an added advantage.

Skills:

• Experience in the Electronics Industry/Market or FMCG.
• Proficiency in data analysis, understanding sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out insights.
• Relevant product experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams across multiple countries.
• Project management skills.
• Attention to detail.
