As a member of the Global Reward Team designated to the EMEA Region and the Internal Finance Group Function, you will assist HR and the business by devising, developing, and ensuring effective implementation of (global) reward strategies, compensation policies, practices, and influence reward programs across the region and Group Functions, working alongside with (and reporting to) the Global Reward Director. The position can be full-remote.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage and work in a consultative capacity with the HR Director and HR Market Leaders / Business Partners for the region and Group Functions to understand the business issues and develop reward solutions that support the business objectives and strategy
Play an integral role in delivering the annual pay review, and bonus process as well as providing reward support for benchmarking and pricing of roles and the governance of proposed compensation packages
Provide high-quality reward support, expert advice, and guidance on all elements of reward including cash compensation, benefits, short-term incentive/bonus plans, cross-border movements, and general Reward policy
Critically monitor and review current policies and practices and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions, based on knowledge, expertise, and where appropriate, external advice
Participate in or lead global reward initiatives
Remain up to date with reward developments for the region and Group Functions, building internal and external networks and knowledge, to be viewed both internally and externally as an expert in the Reward field
Be a trustworthy team member who considers those around them
Key Requirements
Master's or bachelor’s degree
8+ years of relevant (reward) experience
Strong stakeholder management at all levels
Multinational experience, interacting with stakeholders in multiple countries
Advanced skills in data analysis & interpretation
Experience in managing (reward) projects
Strong ability to work autonomously in a structured way
Strong personality with a ‘hands-on’ & ‘can-do’ mentality & passion
