    Regional Sales Admin Manager

    Job Description

    • The Regional Sales Admin Manager is responsible to lead the geographically dispersed sales admin team to consistently improve the full spectrum of DC sales admin including administration, warehousing and health and safety agenda. Execute and drive training agenda on all DC policies and procedures.
    • Manage a team of sales and relief administrators based in multiple locations as per defined regions
    • Drive compliance within team to ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
    • Enhance, implement and manage administration, warehouse and distribution systems and procedures in the region to drive higher productivity in an optimised control environment
    • Manage and control DC pallet movements with 3rd party distribution company (IML)
    • Monthly analysis and reporting of DC S&D costs vs AOP to Regional Sales Operations Managers
    • Lead and drive training agenda on all sales admin and warehousing functions
    • Analysis of weekly warehouse variances and escalation of unexplained shortages to Regional Sales Operations Manager
    • Execute Health and Safety agenda
    • Financials: Review and validate weekly bank reconciliations. Cross functional management with head office sales support to ensure balanced cash reconciliations
    • Management and effective resolution of monthly credit control claim schedules
    • Review DC creditors including month end accruals, statement reconciliations and reporting.
    • Responsible to drive the management of DC POD’s and credit notes including COSO compliance and scanning report
    • Reporting: daily, weekly and monthly as required.
    • Drive and monitor the submission of accurate monthly commission summary and overtime schedule
    • Maintain collaborative cross functional relationships to drive efficiencies.
    • Develop, coach and motivate sales admin team
       

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • 3 year tertiary commerce related qualification within Sales or Finance field
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience within FMCG environment sales administration and warehousing in a managerial role
    • Proven track record of managing a team that is geographically dispersed
    • Sound financial acumen
