    Regional Sales Manager: Emerging Markets Kimberley

        PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: 

     

    • To grow the Masakhane (Emerging Markets) General Trade and/or FSI market in the assigned region  

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maximise sales & develop the Emerging Markets customer base  
    • Manage Staff  
    • Coordinate stakeholder relationships  

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree
    • Experience in working with senior management
    • People management experience  
    • Business English: Fluent
    • Computer literacy (Intermediate)
    • Code 08 Driver's license 
    • Travel off-site/overnight stay

    Duties and Responsibilities    
    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Maximise sales & develop the Emerging Markets customer base  
    • Provide input into the development of the Emerging Markets growth strategy  
    • Coordinate the execution of the salesplan for Emerging Markets  
    • Ensure implementation of pricing structure for route teams 
    • Manage fixed costs 
    • Facilitate growth of Principal product sales 

    Manage Staff  

    • Train and develop route teams and measure performance 
    • Manage and measure performance 
    • Set route teams salestargets and drive their achievement  
    • Coordinate the effective use of tools and devices 
    • Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with all 
    • Control overtime 

    Coordinate stakeholder relationships  

    • Solve customer related issues and queries 
    • Ensure sound communication between all supporting departments
