Admissions Support

As part of our Admissions team, you’ll assist with:

• Issuing offer letters to prospective students
• Handling front-facing student registration queries
• Supporting the admissions process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all applicants.

Marketing Assistant

Join our Marketing team and help with:

• Data capturing and maintaining accuracy across records
• Daily reporting to track marketing campaigns and sales performance
• Providing general ad-hoc support to the sales and marketing departments.

Registration Caller

Help drive student registration through:

• Daily sales funnel calling and cold calling
• Engaging with prospective students to answer queries and encourage applications
• Supporting the sales team with additional outreach efforts to achieve targets.

Reception Support

Be the first point of contact for students by:

• Answering incoming calls and directing queries to the appropriate departments
• Providing excellent customer service to all prospective and returning students
• Ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on campus inquiries.
