Registration Finance Administrator (Fixed -Term Contract) at ADvTECH

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cash office – taking of payments with card machine/Zapper/SnapScan (Cashless)
• Follow up with outstanding payments from 2025
• Follow up for outstanding documentation
• Follow up with payments for pending registrations
• Any general finance duties associated with registration

Competencies Required:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Teams)
• Excellent time management skills
• Finance acumen
• Best suited to a friendly, organised and systematic person who has an eye for detail, works accurately and can handle pressure.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• A completed Diploma or Degree in a related field.  Rather : Finance Degree or Diploma advantage, but Matric with Math or Accounting adequate

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years relevant finance working experience.
• Must be computer literate (Word & Excel)
