    Reinsurance Administrator

    What will you do?

    The role is situated in the Actuarial team, and the purpose of the role is to provide administrative support in the reinsurance and multinational pooling areas.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare the monthly and quarterly reports and returns for reinsurers and multinational pooling schemes.
    • Handle queries regarding reinsurance and multinational pooling.
    • Perform ad hoc tasks and investigations that relate to reinsurance and multinational pooling.

     
    Qualification and Experience

    • Grade 12 certificate with good results in Maths and Accounting.
    • Experience in a financial services company within an Accounting or Finance related role would be advantageous.
       

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Product knowledge and understanding of the Group Risk and/ or Retirement Fund Industry would be advantageous.
    • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) – particularly Microsoft Excel
