Playing a key role in delivering the right outcomes for our Internal and External Customers across our integrated ERP landscape. The Integrated Environments and Release Analyst reports to the Integrated Environments &Release Lead, who provides direction and overall control for release and environment capability across Client Global Business Platforms(GBP).The primary responsibilities are to ensure operational requirements are delivered and validated through the project lifecycle and to facilitate the delivery of major change, delivering successful implementations whilst reducing operational risk.

Key Accountabilities

Release & Implementation

• Responsible for capturing deployment-related requirements and constraints across a diverse application set; working with the relevant Platform teams across GBP.
• Responsible to validate and manage release schedules
• Assist in implementation planning and walkthrough meetings with all stakeholders to help to reach agreement to the implementation strategy and sequence of events.
• Act as the central point of contact for internal communications related to the progress of implementations with implementation resources and management.
• Coordinate regression activities should an unresolvable issue be encountered during a deployment to ensure the live services are brought back to a position of BAU as quickly as possible.
• Assist with the facilitation of risk workshops, where required, to ensure that all risk related to release and implementation is understood, documented and managed.
• Assist with the scheduling and implementation of planned DR failover tests.
• Contribute to lessons learned activities and take ownership of remediation activities and CSIP’s to prevent re-occurrence.
• Ensure relevant metrics and KPIs are captured, monitored and reported upon according to expectations.
• Prepare CAB submissions and act as a point of contact for questions and challenges.

Environments

• Contribute to environment technical architecture design across the entire Environment Lifecycle for all GBP, working collaboratively with environment resources across GBP.
• Work with infrastructure teams to document patching schedules and impacts to ensure all environments are patched and upgraded in a timely manner.
• Ensure all environments across the environment lifecycle are available in line with Release plans.
• Work with colleagues across the Platform teams to enable integrated monitoring and reporting across the environment lifecycle.

• Release, Implementation &Transition experience
• Strong customer focus
• Good collaboration skills, strong collaborative teamwork
• Experience in developing, communicating and managing plans and schedules
• Experience with documenting, assessing and managing risk
• Familiar with various technical infrastructure components and architectures
• Understanding of product development, change control, integration and deployment approaches
• Ability to facilitate key stakeholder meetings and workshops as required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive approach and the ability to work through problems to provide options & solutions
• Disciplined and professional approach –ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload
• Self-confident; easily establishes relationships with others.
