    Remuneration & Benefits Administrator - Sandton

    Description

    Employee Wellness

    • Organize and plan all Wellness events i.e Management of SHE and Wellness Day
    • Coordinate sponsorships for the SHE and Wellness Day
    • Coordinate and execute wellness initiatives
    • Promote EAP (Employee Assistance Programmes) i.e ICAS
    • Support and promote employee wellness in the company
    • Monitor and review the effectiveness of health and wellbeing initiatives
    • Keep abreast with wellness trends in the market

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Administer long service awards monthly (allocation of cards, ordering of new cards, loading of funds, etc)
    • Administration of remuneration and benefits
    • Administer benefits enrolment and terminations
    • Coordination of employee benefit statements
    • Administration of retirement, and incapacity applications
    • Company benefits upskilling employees on benefits are offered by the company
    • Administer employee medical aid changes
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
    • Monthly reports
    • Maintain sustainable working relationship with stakeholders (Employees, Service Providers and Enaex Centre of Excellence)
    • Mobility
    • Coordinate travel international travel for internal employees
    • Responsible to manage and execute monthly immigration report
    • Responsible to oversee and manage all electronic files to ensure documentation maintained for global mobility population
    • Support relocation (end to end process) as required
    • Applications of VISA and work permits

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Degree or Diploma In Human Resources Experience required.
    • Min 2 to 3 years’ experience

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven work experience in Compensation and Benefits
    • Adequate knowledge of SA Legislation
    • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
    • Analytical and numerical skills
    • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
