We’re looking for a proactive individual to assist with vehicle repairs, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure parts are always ready when needed.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, organised workspace, supporting smooth communication across departments, and handling essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with both major and minor vehicle repairs under the guidance of workshop staff.
Follow up with outsourced suppliers to track progress on external repair work and ensure timely completion.
Order and monitor stock of parts required for repairs, ensuring availability for scheduled work.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with other departments regarding vehicles that require or are undergoing repairs.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the workshop team.
Role Requirements
Minimum Education: Matric/Grade 12.
Experience: Prior workshop or automotive experience will be an advantage.
Skills:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and repairs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
