Reporting Accountant - Johannesburg North at Communicate Recruitment

Qualifications: 

• Com Honours or a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Articles would be advantageous
• Minimum 5 Years relevant experience in an Accounting/Reporting role
• Staff Management experience will be advantageous
• Group Reporting, Taxation and Consolidation experience

Experience:

• Preparation of annual financial statements for various companies for funds under management
• Preparation and submission of IT14’s on e-filling
• Preparation and submission of provisional Tax returns
• Preparations and Submissions of Dividend Tax Returns
• Reconciliation and submission of Vat and Withholding Tax returns for South African entities as well as foreign entities
• Assist in the compilation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Monthly review of bank reconciliations
• Processing of monthly general journal entries and consolidations entries
• Manage and review trial balances for all reporting entities
• Consolidation for all reporting entities
• Liaising with various internal and external auditors
• Develop, Monitor, review and implement internal accounting and other accounting-related policies
