Reporting Analyst at AES Africa

The Role

In this role as Client Operations Reporting and Data Analyst you will be part of a globally recognised leading team, focus on the timely and accurate production of Client Reportbacks and Global Quarterly Investment Reports.

Key responsibilities:

• You will produce Reportbacks and other client reporting.
• You will produce Global Fund QIRs and SQRs each quarter.
• You will also be responsible for the production of client reports on a periodic and adhoc basis within timeframes.
• You will manage a variety of key stakeholders to ensure Reportback input data is delivered within SLAs.
• Investigating and resolving data issues raised relating to  Reportback and QIRs during production cycle
• Working closely with the presentations team, product owners and assisting in projects and business initiatives when required.
• Day to day work with wider team colleagues globally.
• Ensure excellent internal and external client servicing by responding promptly and appropriately to queries

Knowledge and Experience:

• PowerPoint (Advanced), Excel (Advanced)
• Experience of corporate style formatting documents
• Working with complex datasets
• 2+ years financial industry experience

 Education:

• VBA / MS Office tool development (Advanced)
• SQL (SQL Server) (Advanced)
• content-management tools Seismic (Desirable) or other
