This is a full-time hybrid role for a Delivery Consultant / Research Analyst (Recruitment) at OutsideCapital in Cape Town, with flexibility for remote work. The Research Analyst will be responsible for market research, headhunting, searching, statistics analysis, and conducting in-depth research to find the best candidates for positions. They will also utilise their analytical skills and strong communication abilities to support the recruitment process up to offer stage. This is largely candidate-focused and does not involve business development.
