Key Responsibility Areas / duties

• Supports the collection, analysis, and reporting of customer insights
• Collect and organise customer and business data.
• Assist with analysing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Support customer research activities, including surveys and feedback analysis.
• Conduct data and process audits to ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor and track key customer and business performance measures.
• Help identify customer needs, concerns, and areas for improvement.
• Assist with customer experience projects.
• Present findings and insights in a clear and simple manner.

Requirements
Experience and Qualifications

• A Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Research Psychology/Sociology/Social Sciences
• Basic level competency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written English communication
