Research Team Leader (Fixed Term) at Democratic Alliance

Description

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Effectively leading a team of Quantitative Researchers to conduct as many high-quality survey interviews as possible with respondents who meet screening criteria
• Consistently managing team productivity and morale
• Ensuring all relevant standard operating procedures, workplace rules and policies are adhered to
• Conducting high-quality survey interviews when required

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent
• Experience managing a team
• Data capturing experience
• Read, write and speak English & at least one of the following languages: Afrikaans, Sepedi, Sesotho, Setswana, Venda, Xhosa, Xitsonga or Zulu
• Computer literacy
• Experience working in a call centre (advantageous)
• Survey fieldwork experience (advantageous)
