ROLE | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
Key Responsibilities:
Own, manage and evolve the reseller program and portal to achieve scale targets, including continuous review and necessary adaptations
Achieve annual targets and OKR’s whilst closely managing CAC guardrails, reseller acquisition costs and payback periods
Effectively manage the reseller program budget to achieve OKR’s
Organise and execute quarterly reseller sales rallies and planning workshops to drive engagement with the reseller team
Prospect, pitch and close principal reseller partners agreements (resellers that have their own sales force) and manage monthly reviews
Develop engagement and retention strategies (including incentives) that enhance reseller activation rates
Development and management of portal gamification,portal incentive schemes and targets,
Work closely with the Insights team to improve merchant journeys and scope tools and processes to improve the running of the program
Management of payment process/models for principal resellers and individual resellers
Constantly update reseller training content
Take on all projects, strategies and working models with an agile and ready to learn approach so that tools and processes can continually be redefined, remodelled and reshaped to improve business track record for the Reseller program
IDEAL CANDIDATE | WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Key requirements to perform responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree/diploma (in business management and/or development would be an advantage)
Proven sales and channel management track record
Minimum of 5 years' experience in scaling national sales teams (internal or outsourced) in a high volume fast paced environment
Channel strategy and fiscal channel plan development
Experience managing high-performance sales teams
Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and data visualization tools
Strong problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills
Strong analytics and reporting expertise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
Strong system skills
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
