    Finance Legal Intern (6-month FTC) - Cape Town

    Job Duties: 

    • Manage legal/handed over accounts 
    • Liaise with legal team with regards to legal customer queries 
    • Assist credit controllers in compiling handover files 
    • Ensure information is accurate and all relevant/required information is included in hand over files. 
    • React in a timely manner if the information is not accurate 
    • Liaise directly with customer via email or telephonically when required 
    • Track and monitor payments made to RSAWEB as well as legal company by handed over customers 
    • Perform reconciliations when necessary 
    • Liaison with debt collection agencies include handover and progress 
    • Process and track legal work 
    • Update status and tracking reports  
    • Record and monitor deadlines  
    • Plan and schedule quarterly meetings with the legal company 
    • Issuing of final demand letters where applicable 
    • Support credit controllers as needed 
    • And any other reasonable task requested by management. 

    Requirements

    • A completed tertiary level qualification in finance is preferred. 
    • Proven work experience as a Junior Finance Administrator or similar (1 year). 
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. 
    • Understanding of accounts receivable (debtors). 
    • Being able to handle high volumes and deadlines. 
    • Self-starter and adaptable.
    • Time-management abilities.

    Debtors Administrator Intern (6-month FTC)

    Job Duties: 

    • To provide general admin support across the debtor’s team 
    • Negotiating payment plans when needed  
    • Reconciliation of account when needed 
    • Follow up and resolve queries in the form of tickets 
    • Ensuring the number of tickets in the consumer finance team is up to date 
    • Assisting with invoicing and credit notes 
    • Assist with live chat between customers and company

    Office Coordinator - Cape Town

    Job Duties:

    • Running the day-to-day office duties for both offices.
    • Go-to for any office related queries.
    • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs and periodic maintenance.
    • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
    • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.

    Business Sales Manager - JHB

    Key Objectives 

    • Leadership and day to day management of the Johannesburg based RSAWEB Direct sales Team
    • Joint development, with RSAWEB Business Leadership, of the RSAWEB Business Growth and Development Plan
    • Working closely with the Head of Enterprise in structuring the sales team sales targets, customer portfolios and other performance objectives across the sales team
    • Assuring the delivery of the Johannesburg and in-land region sales and business Development objectives
    • Ensuring that all sales processes, staff alignment to these and reporting of performance metrics are in line with requirements
    • Growing and maintaining key customer relationships
    • Forecasting and managing future pipeline potential and income expectations
    • Surveying customer needs and trends, tracking competitors and implementing customer service standards

    Requirements

    • IT and / or ISP (Telco) senior management experience of at least 5-8 years duration

    • Proven ability to turn market understanding into strategic, tactical, and operational plans
    • Strong track record of business performance delivery and performance management

    VMware Engineer - Cape Town

    Job Duties

    • Installing, configuring, and maintaining our VMware and Veeam infrastructure.
    • Implementing monitoring systems to track the health of our infrastructure and systems.
    • Ensuring high availability and reliability of all systems in our infrastructure.
    • Maintain related documentation.
    • Engaging with new and existing clients to ensure seamless onboarding and effective use of our infrastructure.

    Requirements

    • VCP certification or relevant working experience
