As a Reservations Consultant at Belmond Safaris, you are part of a team that enhances guest experiences through personalized handling of reservation requests. Processing guest bookings through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
Providing exceptional, personalized service to guests during the reservation process, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and questions.
Managing modifications and cancellations requested by guests, such as changing arrival or departure dates, room types, and other booking details.
Ensure all quotations are followed up on a regular basis in order to ensure maximum revenue.
Requirements
Previous Reservations experience, within a Safari environment preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
High level of computer literacy.
Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
Exceptional telephone etiquette and mannerisms required.
