Requirements:
National Diploma or BTech degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity working for well-established consulting firms
Candidate registration with ECSA
Experience in civil engineering construction and site supervision
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and design specifications
Proficient in site inspection, quality control, and safety standards
Ability to manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
Familiar with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
Excellent report writing, problem-solving, and communication skills
