Residential Development Manager at Green Marble Recruitment

Non-Negotiables:

• Relevant Degree.
• 4–7 years’ experience in high-end residential property development.
• Proven full life-cycle residential development experience.
• Only candidates with experience specifically within the high-end residential development industry will be considered.
• Responsible for managing high-end residential development projects from inception to completion, including land acquisition, financial structuring, design, construction, and final handover. The successful candidate will have strong project management, financial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Successfully deliver full life-cycle residential development projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with local development regulations, planning laws, and construction practices.
• Manage professional teams, contractors, and multiple residential development projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management.
• Good understanding of the full property development life cycle.
• Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
• Computer literacy, including Intermediate Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project software such as MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or project management platforms.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive and forward-thinking with an enquiring mind.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders with a high level of integrity.
