Experience & Skill
At least 3 – 5 year’s managerial experience in an upmarket dining environment
Proficient wine knowledge
Strong ability to lead, manage and develop a team
Guest and service centric
Previous experience with a start-up restaurant beneficial
Essential Requirements
Formal Hospitality qualification preferred
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Preference will be given to candidates from Stellenbosch and neighbouring areas
