We are looking for a retail manager who will be managing end to end retail management including liaison with Sales, facilitating the customized channel marketing champion and efficiently enhancing retails store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership with sales team to understand business strategy, target client and markets in depts;
2. Work with the local dealer to design and implement the retail marketing campaigns;
3. Develop new Mi store or Mi zone to increase marketing coverage strategy;
4. Design in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purchase of the Xiaomi brand and its products;
5. Manage the stores POSM and training promoters;
6. Work out new product launch GTM plan and execute on offline strategy;
7. Planning effective promotions for increase sell out;
8. Maintain and develop commercial cooperation with retail and operator stores;
