    Retail Manager

    We are looking for a retail manager who will be managing end to end retail management including liaison with Sales, facilitating the customized channel marketing champion and efficiently enhancing retails store performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1.      Partnership with sales team to understand business strategy, target client and markets in depts;

    2.      Work with the local dealer to design and implement the retail marketing campaigns;

    3.      Develop new Mi store or Mi zone to increase marketing coverage strategy;

    4.      Design in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purchase of the Xiaomi brand and its products;

    5.      Manage the stores POSM and training promoters;

    6.      Work out new product launch GTM plan and execute on offline strategy; 

    7.      Planning effective promotions for increase sell out;

    8.      Maintain and develop commercial cooperation with retail and operator stores;

    9.      Other ad hoc

    Qualification Required

    •         University graduate in Marketing, or business management;
    •         Proved working experience in retail marketing of mobile phone with extensive; understanding of tools to manage retail marketing performance;
    •         Strategic and analytical thinking on retail marketing for improve sales volume;
    •         Innovative, well understand consumer interactive experience in different events;
    •         Good at communication skills. Excellent coordinate ability.
    •         Chinese language is a bonus
    •         More than 5 years’ work experience of mobile phone or FMCG is preferred.
    •         Vast experience in business with chain-retails, operator stores, distributors and dealers.

    Operator Account Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Responsibility for the Operator account management and strategy development.
    • Manage all market account planning, forecasting, and got to market ensuring full alignment with the global account teams and adjacent support department.
    •  Manage and grow sales volumes through the operator account, driving a holistic sell in- sell through- sell out process to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
    • Coordination of sell out strategy and channel planning with the in Xiaomi retail team
    • Relationship mapping and governance. Establish appropriate relationships with key operator management and stakeholder management at all hierarchy levels to win new business.
    • Ensuring the operational excellence of the account. Ensure effective problem resolution and process alignment.
    • Reporting on weekly and quarterly results across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency on performance and key challenges 
    • Work closely with all functions across the business, internal stakeholder for all account specifics (finance, account payable and receivable, supply chain, etc) to ensure account performance and delivery. including the management of the customer demand plans and forecasting
    • Continually seek new sales opportunities and leads through innovation and differential
       

    Job Requirements

    • Proven skill set in: business development, account management, negotiation, operational and financial management. A strong technical knowledge of smartphones and telecoms related products and services.
    • Experience: +5 years proven track record in strategic selling and account management to mobile operators (preferably)
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple complex sales situations
    • Established C level relationships mobile operators in your market
    • Passionate, strong sense of teamwork, good at cooperating with people;
    • Language: native plus fluent English essential
    • Education: marketing related major, bachelor degree or above preferable
    • Will to travel on Business trips regularly (as the business demands)
