    Revenue Operations Analyst

    As Revenue Operations Analyst you will be responsible for supporting our growth through designing and improving processes and reporting and monitoring our operations within our sales function.

    You will be working with our global team to effectively administer the operational processes meant to improve the efficiency of the sales organization, including the implementation, reporting, and analysis of all revenue-generating activities and the design and optimization of efficient processes within our opportunity to order process.

    This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations. 

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop and maintain sales support systems and processes (including workflow and documentation)
    • Work with international and local sales teams to enable sales process improvements
    • Project manage sales operations initiatives
    • Administer sales automation tools
    • Creates and updates records of leads, accounts, or related information
    • Report and present key analytics and insights to Company leadership
    • Maintain a repository of master sales documents, including standard contracts or current price sheets
    • Generate reports detailing pipelines, forecasts, territory assignments, tracking productivity, and quota attainment
    • Assist with the opportunity to order resolution and remove friction from our selling process
    • Provide direct business partnering support to sales and finance organization for sales reporting and processes
    • Provide regular support for other teams, including executives, for relevant training, planning preparation, workflow designs
    • Assist with Total Addressable Market planning
    • Build and maintain high-quality reporting on KPIs and critical dashboards
    • Perform analysis of sales performance

    What You Have:

    • 2+ years experience in SaaS or Fintech
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience with Salesforce, and other enabling technologies
    • Experience with CPQ considered a plus
    • Strong working grasp of sales operational processes and tooling
    • Ability to automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
    • Ability to execute duties with limited supervision. 
    • Ability to handle complex issues and problems, and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff when required
    • Ability to structure, monitor, and validate data to ensure data integrity
