- price & margin waterfalls
- GTN decomposition and investment diagnostics
- promotion ROI / elasticity views (where data allows)
- mix contribution and pack/channel performance analysis
- Translate analyses into clear “so what” recommendations, including quantified upside, key assumptions, risks, and trade-offs

- Work with markets to convert analysis into execution-ready actions (e.g., price moves, pack changes, promo mechanics changes, trade guardrails)
- Develop simple implementation packs for markets (what to do, where to do it, expected impact, how to track)
- Track progress and benefits delivery for supported initiatives, and run post-implementation reviews to refine the approach
Standardized Tools, Templates & Ways of Working
- Develop and maintain standardized analytical templates and calculators for RGM levers (pricing, PPA, promo, GTN, mix) to improve speed and consistency
- Ensure analytical definitions, assumptions, and calculation logic are consistent to enable cross-market comparability
- Create “minimum viable” analytical approaches for markets with limited data, balancing rigor with practicality
- Provide hands-on coaching to market teams on how to use templates correctly and interpret outputs
KPI Tracking, Performance Reporting & Governance Support
- Support definition and ongoing tracking of core RGM effectiveness metrics (e.g., price realization, GTN%, promo ROI proxies, mix improvement indicators)
- Build and maintain dashboards / structured reporting for regional readouts and market check-ins
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting with clear commentary on drivers, issues, and required actions
- Identify recurring performance gaps and propose targeted analytical deep dives or corrective actions
Data Quality & Analytical Enablement
- Partner with market teams and relevant functions (D&A / I&A) to improve availability and quality of RGM inputs (volume, price, GTN, promo, customer/channel mapping)
- Diagnose data issues that block analysis (definitions, leakage, missing fields, mapping gaps) and propose practical fixes
