Eligibility:

• Academic Qualifications: A completed or in-progress BCom or BBA degree in Human resources management or Industrial Psychology, with a graduation date in 2024, 2025, or by March 2026.
• Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
• Work Experience: No prior work experience required.
• Graduate Programme Status: Must not be currently enrolled in or have previously participated in a graduate programme.
