You are a seasoned professional who combines deep technical expertise with business acumen and a genuine empathy for customers.
Must-have:
10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., Program Manager, Architect, Customer Engagement, Customer Advisory).
SAP implementation, transformation experience as a consultant, program director or internal IT
Proven track record in delivering enterprise business transformations through large-scale application delivery
Demonstrated S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge through active transformation projects
Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across IT and business.
Ability to operate in large and complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience using SAP LeanIX and Signavio to document architectures and business processes.
Familiarity with both cloud SAP solutions.
BTP Certifications (Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build).
Professional Certifications such as SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework (LeanIX EAM), SAP Certified Professional–Enterprise Architect (P_SAPEA_2023), or TOGAF.
