Risk Administrator - Edenvale at Motus Holdings Limited

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Send written communications to risk representatives within the Divisions.
• Notify the risk representatives so that they are aware of risk processes, timelines and deadlines for risk related meetings and events.
• Guide the risk representatives through the various risk related systems (e.g.: BarnOwl and Ethics, Gifts & Conflicts systems).
• Provide technical support to Divisional risk representatives on the various risk systems.
• Train the risk representatives on the various risk related systems, policies, procedures and frameworks.
• Update risk management policies, frameworks and manuals.
• Liaise with third party service providers on risk management tools utilised.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (like Motus IT) on various risk management meetings and practices.
• Prepare risk management reports for presentation at internal or external meetings.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned and directed by the Group Risk Manager from time to time. Provide essential administrative support to the Group Risk and Compliance Manager.
• Assisting in ensuring smooth compliance by Divisional risk representatives with key applicable governance frameworks (ISO31000), legislation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders in actively driving and maintaining a strong risk and compliance culture within Motus.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders in actively driving and maintaining a strong ethical culture within Motus.
• Play a key role in introducing and implementing new and updated regulatory requirements. 
• Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance risk management processes, frameworks, systems and policies
• Support implementation of new processes; policies and systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Education and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Risk management qualification would be an advantage

Desired Work Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
