Job Purpose

• Our Group Risk Department is looking for an energetic Risk Officer who will be responsible to assess the effectiveness of controls and detect associated risk issues via a continuous monitoring process. 

Education & Experience:

• Grade 12,

• Relevant tertiary qualification, SQL, SAS, and data mining skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of controls through data analysis

• Identify and mitigate all potential risks whilst analysing all available data sources

• Manage and deliver on assigned initiatives.

• Increase the cost-effectiveness of controls and monitoring through IT (continuous monitoring) solutions

• Assess and review the current operational systems, processes, and procedures.

• Deal with customers in a customer-centric manner
