Robotics Process Automation (RPA)- Process Controller and Lead Developer at Life Healthcare

Outputs:

• Manages the deployment of approved robotic code into the production environment.
• Maintains the daily administration of the automation software production environment (scheduling processes, monitoring resources, etc.)
• Manages and investigates level 1 RPA exceptions (infrastructure and process exceptions).
• Escalates level 2 business exceptions to appropriate business unit or coordinating Business Unit Operations Manager.
• Resolves level 1 RPA exceptions.
• Supports operational and performance metrics reporting.
• Aptitude for problem solving.
• Experience in a production support capacity.
• Understanding of formal change control and defect management disciplines.
• Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to schedule processes, monitor resources and log defects.
• Defines RPA development methodology and testing practices/standards.
• Defines the RPA learning path for RPA modelers.
• Manages shared RPA development teams.
• Responsible for assignment and delegation of shared RPA teams to prioritized automation candidates.
• Participates in design authority review sessions.
• Participates in the automation candidate evaluation and prioritization process.
• Serves in RPA leadership team to provide technical guidance with formulating long-range development plans.
• Define and manage projects to implement core RPA program capabilities, aspects of the operating
• RPA standards or measure adherence to RPA standards.
• Supports automation candidate evaluation and prioritization.
• Ensures RPA work products are delivered in a timely manner and are of high quality.
• Collaborates with business, compliance and technology to plan, manage and track projects evolving risks and issues.
• Identifies risks and issues and escalate appropriately.
• Defines and track metrics related to project or program and the overall RPA roadmap.
• Reports progress on a regular basis to stakeholders and partners.
• Hosts project and program related meetings.
• Documents and update materials for the RPA steering committee.
• Creates and manage RPA program metrics.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of Supporting the Business in Processes and Systems
• Knowledge of the enterprise’s business operations.
• Formal training and qualification in RPA software.
• Experience coordinating and leading multiple development and testing teams.
• A minimum of 6 months’ hands on experience programming automation software.
• Experience leading standard SDLC processes and change control disciplines.
• Possesses strong communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering.
• Project or program management experience.
• Highly organized individual with the ability to coordinate across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
• Experience providing production level support
• 1+ year of experience running and monitoring automation software
