As an Inside Customer Success Manager for Corporate Traveller, your purpose will be to drive retention, growth and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
The ICSM works closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve their customers goals and assist in driving Corporate Travellers’ customer retention strategies.
A key focus of your role is showcasing the value of the brand to your clients by maintaining a close relationship with your key contacts, reviewing your client’s business needs, and increasing and optimising the number of services provided to your customers.
Qualifications
Matric
Experience in customer/account management
Ability to clearly articulate knowledge about products, services and value propositions to customers
5 years sales , business or customer relationship experience
1-2 years C-Level engagement experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Travel Industry
Proven track record in achieving targets in the Travel Industry
Min 2 years’ experience in Customer Success Management if non travel related
Reporting and Online Booking Tool Knowledge
Corporate Travel or Travel contracting experience advantageous
