    SA Logistics Group Account Analyst

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    Group Account Engagement

    • Manage and communicate social systems with the Group Account commercial department, providing data driven analytics for Monthly, Quarterly and yearly Customer Performance Reviews
    • Negotiating SLA’s, Collaborative Forecasting and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Closing the internal Communication gap between all departments regarding Group Accounts Customer Centricity
    • Ensure that ABInBev’s ways of working is understood by the customer and any issues or queries is relayed timeously back to Internal Management
    • Understand and align how each major Group Account is evaluating our performance and ensure that there are monthly routines with customer dealing with Customer pain points.
    • Act as the main point of contact for Group Accounts, addressing POD queries with stores once deliveries have been executed and POD’s have queries on them
    • Responsible to implement Global Group Account Management practices as detailed in the Group Account Toolkit
    • Aligning Customer Matrix with internal KPI Calculations and reporting on them weekly with Group Accounts Managers

    Customer Experience Surveys (Group Accounts)

    • Engagement with All Group Accounts that are part of the Advantage Survey and custodian of process gaps
    • Tracking and Reporting on projects that have been implemented based on Secondary Drivers in Advantage
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and assist in the implementation of strategies to enhance the overall customer journey.

    Internal Excellence Programs (LCP)

    • Conducting training sessions, implementing quality control measures, and analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of logistics team members
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of internal excellence programs. 

    Continuous Improvement

    • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the logistics function for Group Accounts.
    • Responsible for delivering on mode evolution expectations within Group Accounts
    • Stay updated on industry trends and Global Best Practices to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
    • Collaborate with external partners and industry experts to gain insights and benchmark performance.
    • Regularly review and analyse logistics data to identify areas for optimization and implement appropriate solutions.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Relevant 3-year university degree in i.e., Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain Management or similar
    • 3+ years of experience in Customer Experience Management and/or
    • 3+ years of experience in Commercial
    • Data Analytics – Intermediate to Advanced Excel Knowledge
    • Working in a Sales orientated organization
    • Sales and Distribution experience and advantage
    • Computer skills (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SAP Mandatory)
    • Good knowledge of Sales and Operational Processes
