Safety, Health, Environment and Security Lead at Syndicate Personnel Specialists

Job Summary:

This will require broad Health and Safety expertise across operational, process, machinery and project engineering safety processes.

Strong and influential leadership skills will be required to drive change in safety culture and performance across the group as well as to provide an additional layer of support for Africa or EMEA sites in supporting incident follow up, audits or programme rollouts. You will also support Supply Chain overall ambition of brand protection and distribution risks from a security perspective. Your honed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills will enable you to effectively coach and mentor EHS, Operations and Engineering leaders and teams to properly assess risk and make balanced judgements that both protect employees and facilitate the effective operation of the business.

A Degree in Engineering, Environmental Management or equivalent coupled with at least 8 to 10 years Safety, Health, Environment and Security management experience within a multinational FMCG or Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is required.
