    Sales Account Manager

    The responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager include:

    • Sales and new business development of the service offerings of SensePost.
    • Developing new business in new and existing accounts, providing a high level of face to face interaction with new and strategic clients.
    • Canvassing the market for new opportunities within the Gauteng region.
    • Preparing marketing presentation material for clients in order to conduct face to face presentations, discussions and solution crafting scenarios with new and existing clients.
    • Working alongside SensePost Technical Specialists.
    • Identifying and qualifying prospect clients as well as building relationships with decision makers.
    • Keeping abreast of technological trends in the industry and the services offered by SensePost, from audit to compliance, positioning these services as part of Global Best Practices for information security.
    • Represent SensePost at international events and forums.

    The skills and experience required for the Sales Account Manager role include:

    • At least 5 years' experience in developing new business with a strong sales track record.
    • At least 1 year's experience in ICT Sales/Consulting.
    • An understanding of cyber security, preferably having sold cyber solution.
    • A degree in Commerce, Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred.
    • Project management experience is a bonus.
